Product + Services Information
Prices shown on the Web site apply to the products and services on the Web site and may change at any time without notice. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item concerned. All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

All goods are supplied with a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise.

Payment
We accept most credit and debit cards, cash or cheque, however we do not accept American Express cards.

Delivery + Stock Availability
If there are any problems processing your order or if any items are suddenly out of stock, you will receive an email, fax or telephone call from our sales team advising you of the course of action you should take in order to resolve the problem.

Orders placed Monday to Friday
Usually, orders are processed on the same day of receipt, however if an order is placed late on a Friday, or over the weekend, they are normally processed the following Monday.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday
Orders placed over the weekend will normally be processed on the following Monday.


Stock Levels
Orders are subject to availability and the listing of a product on our web site does not always imply that we are currently carrying stock. We recommend that customers email, fax or telephone us with their stock availability enquiry.

If the product/s are out of stock
If your order contains any "out of stock" products you will be notified at the earliest opportunity either by email, fax or telephone.

Duration Windows will always endeavour to achieve any agreed delivery date but no liability will be accepted for delay in delivery and no warranty is given that goods or services will be supplied on a given date.

Cancellation Procedure + Returns Policy
When purchasing goods or services from this website your contract is with Duration Windows. All goods and services are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334). This regulation essentially ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email or fax and has a "cooling off" period of 7 working days - during which time the consumer may cancel the contract by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel either in writing or by email. To cancel this contract or report a fault, please notify us in writing via post or fax, or by email. A telephone call is not sufficient unless both you and Duration Windows agree otherwise. This law also assumes that the goods have not been used and are in pristine condition with ALL original packaging intact.
